This Act is the Education Amendment Act (No 2) . come into force on the earlier of the following: a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council: . One or more Orders in Council may be made under appointing different dates for different provisions. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Education Act 1989 (the ). After section 87(3), insert: The annual financial statements in the annual report must be in the form (if any) determined by the Secretary after consultation with the Auditor-General. In section 158D(3)(d), replace with . Repeal Parts 10 and 10A. Replace sections 171 and 173 with: The constitution of a council must provide that it has 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 members. does not apply
