This Act is the Employment Relations (Collective Agreements in Triangular Relationships) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Employment Relations Act 2000 (the ). Replace section 56(1)(b) with: an eligible employee. After section 56(3), insert: In this section, means: an employee— who is employed by an employer that is a party to the collective agreement; and who is or becomes a member of a union that is a party to the agreement; and whose work comes within the coverage clause in the agreement: an employee— who is working under the control or direction of a controlling third party that is a party to the collective agreement; and who is a member of the union that is a party to the agreement; and who
