This Act is the Immigration Act 2009 Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Immigration Act 2009. Section 2(1) is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 2 is amended by adding the following subsection: Section 474 comes into force on the day after the date on which the receives the Royal assent.
