This Act is the Human Rights (Disability Commissioner) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Human Rights Act 1993. The purpose of this Act is to create the position of Disability Commissioner within the Human Rights Commission.
