This Act is the Energy (Fuels, Levies, and References) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . This Act amends the Energy (Fuels, Levies, and References) Act 1989. After section 14(2A), insert: Levies recovered under section 24 may also be applied for the purpose of meeting the reasonable costs and expenses of the Crown in promoting resilience of engine fuel supplies in New Zealand.
