What the official record says
This Act is the Regulatory Systems (Courts) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. However, comes into force— on a date or dates set by Order in Council; but 12 months after Royal assent, if that Part has not commenced by then. An Order in Council made under is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This subpart amends the District Court Act 2016. Replace section 236 with: Court information (other than permitted information) may only be accessed by a person to the extent provided by, and in accordance with, rules of court. Judicial information may be accessed . Ministry of Justice information may be accessed by any person to the extent provided by, and in accordance with, the Official Information Act 1982,
