This Act is the Crown Minerals (Prohibition of Mining) Amendment Act . Section 5(2) and section 6(2) come into force on 1 January 2025. This rest of this Act commences on the day after the date which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Crown Minerals Act 1991. In section 1A(1), replace “promote” with “regulate”.
