This Act is the Social Assistance (Living Alone Payments) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on 6 July 2011. This Act comes into force on the earlier of— a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council: 2 September 2013. amends the New Zealand Superannuation and Retirement Income Act 2001.
