This Act is the Securities Amendment Act . This Act (apart from ) comes into force on 1 May 2011. come into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and 1 or more orders may be made bringing different provisions into force on different dates. To the extent that the provisions referred to in are not previously brought into force under that subsection, those provisions come into force on 1 July 2013. This amends the Securities Act 1978. The Long Title is amended by omitting . Section 2(1) is amended by repealing the definitions of , , , , and .
