This Act is the Conservation (Infringement System) Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Part amends the Conservation Act 1987 (the ). In section 2(1), insert in their appropriate alphabetical order: , in relation to an infringement offence, means the infringement fee for the offence prescribed in regulations made under this Act means— an offence in ; or an offence against regulations made under this Act that is declared by regulations to be an infringement offence After section 26H, insert: The New Zealand Fish and Game Council may, in accordance with section 26C(1)(a), develop a national policy that relates to— the authorisation of fish and game rangers to issue infringement notices under ; and the issuing of infringement n
