This Act is the Immigration (International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on 1 July 2019. This Act amends the Immigration Act 2009 (the ). After section 3(2)(g), insert: enables a levy to be charged to fund, or contribute to the funding of, costs associated with conservation or tourism.
