This Act is the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) . comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. of this Act, in so far as they relate to the amendments to clause 42(3) of Schedule 1 of the principal Act, come into force on 1 July 2008. The following provisions of this Act come into force on 1 October 2008: , in so far as they relate to the amendments to clause 25 of Schedule 1 of the principal Act. The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 August 2008. This Act amends the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001. Section 6(1) is amended by inserting the following definition in its appropriate alphabetical order: means a health practitioner who— is, or is deemed to be, registered with the
