This Act is the Tax Administration Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. amends the Tax Administration Act 1994. The following section is inserted after section 81: Despite section 81, the Commissioner may supply personal information about an identifiable individual under an information sharing agreement approved by an Order in Council made under of the Privacy Act 1993 that is for the time being in force.
