This Act is the Education Amendment Act (No 4) . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Education Act 1989. The definitions of , , and in section 2(1) are repealed. The definition of in section 2(1) is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 2(1) is amended by inserting the following definition in its appropriate alphabetical order: , at any time, means a person who is not then a domestic student Section 2(3) is repealed. Section 3 is amended by omitting and substituting . The heading to section 4 is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 4(1), (2), (7), and (8) are amended by omitting and substituting in each case . Section 4 is amended by repealing subsections (3) to (6) and substituting the following
