This Act is the Sale and Supply of Alcohol (Improving Alcohol Regulation) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force 6 months after Royal assent. However, comes into force on a single date set by Order in Council. If has not come into force by 12 months after Royal assent, it comes into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
