This Act is the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. However, 22(1), and (4), 23, 25 to 27, and 29 come into force 6 months after Royal assent. This Act amends the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990.
