This Act is the Manukau City Council (Control of Graffiti) Act . comes into force on the day that is 3 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to— control the sale of spray paint in the District; and control graffiti in the District. This Act applies to activities in the District of the Manukau City Council.
