This Act is the Litter (Increased Infringement Fee) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Litter Act 1979 (the ). The purpose of this Act is to increase the maximum infringement fee for offences from $400 to $1,000. In section 13(4), replace with .
