This Act is the Social Security (Mandatory Reviews) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . This Act amends the Social Security Act 2018. After section 310, insert: In this subpart, means a benefit designated by regulations made under to be a specified benefit for the purposes of this subpart. MSD must, for the purpose set out in , review a specified benefit that has been granted— within 52 weeks after the date on which the benefit commences; and within 52 weeks after the date of completion of the most recent review of the benefit under this subpart or section 304 for that purpose.
