This Act is the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Legislation Act . This Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Part amends the Customs and Excise Act 2018.
