This Act is the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act binds the Crown. The Registrar-General of Land is authorised and directed to make entries in the appropriate registers and to do any other things necessary to give effect to this Act. Sections 48A(6), 114(5), and 115(6) of the Reserves Act 1977 are repealed. In , means the land described in the first paragraph of Schedule 1 of the Auckland Improvement Trust Act 1971.
