This Act is the Public Finance (Fines Collection Costs—Budget Measures) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . This Act amends the Public Finance Act 1989. In section 73(2), replace with . In Schedule 1,— insert the Part set out in the Schedule of this Act as the last Part; and make all necessary consequential amendments.
