This Act is the Palmerston North Showgrounds Act Repeal Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to— dissolve the Board; and transfer the property, rights, and liabilities of the Board to the Council; and repeal the Palmerston North Showgrounds Act 1974. In this Act, unless the context otherwise provides,— means the Palmerston North Showgrounds Board of Control means the Palmerston North City Council has the same meaning as in the Palmerston North Showgrounds Act 1974 has the same meaning as in the Palmerston North Showgrounds Act 1974 — means every type of property; and includes— every type of estate or interest in property; and money means the Manawatu and West Coast Agricultural and Pastoral Association (Inco
