This Act is the Housing Corporation (Social Housing Reform) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Housing Corporation Act 1974 (the ). After section 2, insert: This Act binds the Crown. Insert as section 3B(b): but for objectives. After Part 5, insert: The purpose of this Part is to enable social housing transactions to be entered into and implemented.
