This Act is the Christchurch City Council (Lancaster Park) Land Vesting Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to— vest Lancaster Park land in the Christchurch City Council to be held in trust for certain purposes: dissolve the Victory Park Board: repeal the Victory Park Act 1919: provide for related matters. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— means the Victory Park Board established by the Victory Park Act 1919 means the Christchurch City Council means every type of property; and includes: every type of estate and interest in property; and money; but excludes the land described in .
