This Act is the National Animal Identification and Tracing Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Part amends the National Animal Identification and Tracing Act 2012 (the ). After section 3, insert: The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in have effect according to their terms.
