This Act is the Social Housing Reform (Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters Amendment) Act . New section 56(2) as inserted by , (except , new sections 101 and 135 (as inserted by ), and ) come into force on the earlier of— a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and 14 April 2016. comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and 1 or more Orders may be made appointing different dates for different provisions and different purposes. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. One or more Orders in Council may be made under appointing different dates for different provisions and purposes. This Act amends the Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters Act 1992
