This Act is the Oranga Tamariki Legislation Act . Sections , to , and come into force immediately after the commencement, on 1 July 2019, of sections 113(6), 116, and 144 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families (Oranga Tamariki) Legislation Act 2017. The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 July 2019. This Part amends the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989.
