This Act is the Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act . This Act comes into force on . The purpose of this Act is to promote the public interest— by facilitating the disclosure and timely investigation of serious wrongdoing in or by an organisation; and by protecting the people who disclose in accordance with this Act.
