This Act is the Māori Purposes Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. However, comes into force 4 months after Royal assent. This Part amends the Maori Community Development Act 1962. In section 2, replace the definition of with: means the Minister of the Crown who, under the authority of a warrant or with the authority of the Prime Minister, is responsible for the administration of this Act In section 3, delete .
