This Act is the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration (Preventing Name Change by Child Sex Offenders) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Act 1995 (the ).
