This Act is the Organised Crime (Penalties and Sentencing) Act . This Act comes into force on 31 October 2008. This amends the Crimes Act 1961. Section 98A(1) is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 98A(1)(b) is amended by inserting before . This amends the Sentencing Act 2002.
