This Act is the Health and Safety at Work Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent. This Part amends the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Replace section 3 with: The main purpose of this Act is to provide a balanced framework for securing the health and safety of workers and workplaces that prioritises the critical risks that arise from work.
