This Act is the Fire and Emergency New Zealand (Levy) Amendment Act . comes into force on . The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Fire and Emergency New Zealand Act 2017 (the ). In section 2(6), replace with . In section 141(1), after “Minister”, insert .
