This Act is the Subordinate Legislation Confirmation Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. The purpose of this Act is to confirm the Civil Aviation (Safety) Levies Amendment Order 2017, which is a confirmable instrument that, unless earlier confirmed by an Act of Parliament, will be revoked at the close of 30 June 2018 under section 47C(1)(a) of the Legislation Act 2012. This Act binds the Crown. The Civil Aviation (Safety) Levies Amendment Order 2017 (LI 2017/108) is confirmed.
