This Act is the Overseas Investment (Forestry) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Overseas Investment Act 2005. In section 16A(1AA), table,— item relating to the modified benefit test if land is or includes farm land, second column, after , insert : repeal the item relating to the modified benefit test for forestry activities.
