This Act is the Aquaculture Legislation Amendment Act (No 2) . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This amends the Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004. Section 10(2) is amended by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph: if— section 16(1) applies, the date on which the application referred to in that subsection is determined: section 16(2) applies, the date on which the forfeiture referred to in that subsection is discontinued. Section 10 is amended by repealing subsection (4) and substituting the following subsections: The consent authority may commence a review of a deemed coastal permit, including the conditions of the permit,— within 12 months after— the lease or licence become
