This Act is the Sentencing Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on . This amends the Sentencing Act 2002. Replace section 9(1)(hb) with: that the offender was, at the time of the offending,— a participant in an organised criminal group (within the meaning of section 98A of the Crimes Act 1961); or involved in any other form of organised criminal association: In Schedule 1AA,— insert the set out in of this Act as the last part; and make all necessary consequential amendments.
