This Act is the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (the ). In this Act, unless the context requires another meaning,— means the 2015 rugby union world championship means the period— starting on 18 September 2015; and ending with the close of 1 November 2015 means the whole or a part of a club licence or an off-licence, as follows: for a club licence or an on-licence that is current during the whole of the 2015 Rugby World Cup period, the whole licence for a club licence or an on-licence that is current during part of the 2015 Rugby World Cup period, means the part of the licence that is current.
