This Act is the Copyright (New Technologies) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. One or more Orders in Council may be made appointing different dates for the commencement of different provisions. This Act amends the Copyright Act 1994.
