This Act is the Land Transport (Drug Driving) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a single date set by Order in Council. If this Act has not come into force by , it comes into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Land Transport Act 1998.
