This Act is the Policing Amendment Act . comes into force a month after Royal assent. come into force 6 months after Royal assent. come into force on a single date set by Order in Council, which must be after the day on which come into force. If have not come into force by the second anniversary of Royal assent, they come into force then. An Order in Council made under this section is secondary legislation ( Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements). This Act amends the Policing Act 2008.
