This Act is the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. That date must be the date on which the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, done at Auckland on 4 February 2016, enters into force for New Zealand. This Part amends the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (the ). After section 2, insert: The transitional, savings, and related provisions set out in have effect according to their terms. In section 72, definition of , paragraph (b), after , insert .
