This Act is the Protected Disclosures Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Protected Disclosures Act 2000. Paragraph (e) of the definition of in section 3 is amended by adding . The definition of in section 3 is amended by adding the following paragraph: a person who works for the organisation as a volunteer without reward or expectation of reward for that work Paragraph (b) of the definition of in section 3 is amended by omitting and substituting .
