This Act is the Judicature (High Court Rules) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on 1 February 2009. Despite , subparts 15 and 16 of Part 5 of the High Court Rules (as substituted by ) come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and 1 or more Orders in Council may be made appointing different dates for different provisions. This Act amends the Judicature Act 1908. The purpose of this Act is to— re-enact the High Court Rules in a more accessible form: repeal provisions for district rules: provide for the electronic filing of court documents: enable judgment creditors to attach salaries, wages, and benefits of judgment debtors. Section 4B is amended by adding the following subsection as : The Chief High Court Judge may make all the arrangemen
