This Act is the Smoke-free Environments (Tobacco Packaging) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council. However, if this Act is not in force by the day that is 18 months after the date on which it receives the Royal assent, it comes into force on that day. This Part amends the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990 (the ).
