This Act is the Parental Leave and Employment Protection (Shared Leave) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987 (the ). In section 7(1)(b)(ii), replace with .
