This Act is the Gambling Amendment Act (No 2) . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Gambling Act 2003. Section 3(b) is amended by omitting and substituting . Section 3(f) is amended by inserting after . Section 4(1) is amended by repealing the definition of and substituting the following definition: , in relation to tickets in an instant game,— that is a New Zealand lottery or part of a New Zealand lottery, means to determine, in accordance with section 248, the tickets that are prize-bearing tickets or the prize that each ticket bears: that is not a New Zealand lottery or part of a New Zealand lottery, means to determine wholly by chance the tickets that are prize-bearing tickets or the prize that each ticket bears
