This Act is the Smoke-free Environments (Controls and Enforcement) Amendment Act . , 9, 10 , 12 , 14(1) to (3) and (5), and 15 (which contain amendments relating to promotion and advertising, display of tobacco products, sales-outlet signs and notices ) come into force at the end of the period of months that starts on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. The rest of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990. The purpose of this Part is to amend the principal Act so that it— generally prohibits the display of tobacco products in or at the of retail and other sales outlets, but also provides for temporary transitional exemptions from compliance during a t
