This Act is the Crimes (Offence of Blasphemous Libel) Amendment Act . This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent. This Act amends the Crimes Act 1961 (the ). Replace the Part 7 heading with: Repeal the cross-heading above section 123. Repeal section 123.
